主申請人EB 140+485 concurrently遞交了，140已經批了。之後結了婚。
副申請人是F1身份。

1. 副申請人在主申請人的485批準之前交485是算EB based嗎？
Yes.

2. 副申請人在主申請人的485批準之後交485是算EB based還是family based？
You can not do this. You have to wait for 5 years for dependent to file 485 petition.

3. 副申請人交了485後不用AP,還是f1身份嗎？畢業的時候還可以申請OPT嗎？還可以申請H1B嗎？
I think he or she is still on F1. I am not sure about OPT.

4. 副申請人交了485後如果用了AP, 畢業的時候還可以申請OPT嗎？還可以申請H1B嗎？I don't know.
