PJiang & XiaoBaiTu & other expert, Quick Question

Since from CIS's FAQ, without 485 receipt, we can apply EAD/AP, does that mean even if i already submit EAD application on july2nd, i still be able to sumit another applicatino for EAD ??

Will this violate regulation, will affect my 485 application ?
