my hu*****and and i didn't do the TB test two years ago ,but do the X-ray (THE doctor let us do), now the immigration office want our RFE about TB test result.
and the doctor say it's the new policy of USCIS.I don't know if the doctor say is right,but the lawyer said it's good thing for us because USCIS required the RFE.
