I-485 Transfer to boston,?

I just got a notice from CIS that my I-485(receive data Apr. 22, 2004) has been transfer to Boston office to schedule an interview.

I just wonder how long I need wait for an interview and how I prepare for that interview?

I heard people said this is not a good news. Is that true?
Please advice. Thanks.
