I have 1 year H1B. It is my 8 years. I have filed my I-485 Oct 2006 and it is pending at NC. My I-140 is approved. I have valid EAD. I am using my H1B now.

My question is if I need to apply my 9 years H1B?

If my I485 is denied, can I extend my H1B after deny?

I only got 1 year extension on my H1B right now. If my I485 is denied, can I extend 3 years?
