我個人認為給中國大陸來的個體難民資格都不足已立？因為

1、每年的經濟增長在二位數，
2、政府是人民的政府，
3、製度是最好的製度，
4、法院是人民的法院，
5、民主是最廣泛的民主，
6、公仆是全心全意為人民服務的公仆，哪像美國的移民局？
何來的難民，真不知道美國的法官是如何判案的？
