如果沒及時作fingerprint,可以reschedule 嗎？

我下個月打算回國。按經驗推算，我們的485，在我回國期間很可能會收到fingerprint notice.如果這樣，我可以打電話要求reschedule 嗎？ 還是一定要與移民局聯係呢？回不會因此485被拒呢？
