Family immigration

1, My brother was a US citizens, if he sponsor my green card, based on
your experience, Normally how long it gonna take for approval?
2, If my brother want to sponsor our PARENTS, how long it takes?
3.If My mom get green card before she get citizenship, is she eligible
for sponsor me green card?
4.compared to my brother sponsor me GC, my mother sponsor me (after she
get GC or Citizenship) will faster than my brother sponsor me?
5.If I was married, Am I eligible for application GC sponsored by them?
6.My H1-B will expired in August, if they sponsor me right now, before
I get GC approval, I am still legal in USA during this pending time?
