H-1B 加急的問題：到底多長時間可以徹底拿到

H1到手？我的case是：大學申請的，不占名額，4月底送出的加急，問題是：1.是直接收到h－1還是會先有收據？2.大概要等多長時間？（15個工作日指什麽？）3.大學辦的有沒有拒的可能？。
