Here is a website of a lawfirm. http://www.visalawgroup.com/ You can see that they are powerful from the intro to their Attorneys. 3 of my friends get GCs with their help. 1 of them was just a postdoc in a very small institute, with no papers for his 6 yr Ph D--EB1. They are little bit expensive though. Don't give up. Maybe the decision is good news. Good luck.
