to share the information very there is high possibility that you get refused, but just want you know that PERM for civil engineer is very easy, quick, I have a freind in structure engineering get his PERM labor approved in a weekend, say just three days.
civil engineer is easy to find a job, and get sponsored. GOOD luck to you
