Civiling engineering

(2) # of papers and citation records?
2 journals and some conference papers and presentations.

(3) How many recommendation letters? Among them how many are from independent sources?
6 at the first time including letters from member of national academy.

5 for RFE.


(4) How long have you been waiting?
NSC. april 2006 submit. get RFE in march 2007. and just got this response.

(5) What was your RFE was about?
provide more evidence to show you that you are good.

well, i think i just had bad luck. NSC is very mean to NIW140.
