1。PERM 之後應該可以遞140了吧？假設我的PERM在8月底被批準，那麽通常準備140要多長時間？

yes. to prepare 140 filing is not long, usually a week or two is enough


2。等待140批準大概要多長時間？

with 140PP, it only takes a week or two. but now it's suspended indefinitely due to july VB fiasco.

if 140PP is not available, it could take a year or longer to get it approved

3。Priority Date是從什麽時候開始起算的？如果我一直呆在現公司的話，5/2是不是我的Priority Date?

yes if you never leave your current employer before you get 140 cleared


4。如果我在還沒有拿到綠卡，甚至還沒有申請485前換工作，但是又想保留priority Date (不知道是不是上麵問題中的5/2），那麽在什麽時候我可以離開現公司而不影響我的優先日期？從現在算起，大概還需要多少時間？

you have to stay with your current employer until your 140 is cleared in order to maintain your May 2 PD.

you have to start from scratch for gc application if you leave before you get your approved 140.

again, it could take more than a year to get 140 if 140PP is available
