回複：急問各位：老媽要簽證來美，我的H1快到期了怎麽辦？

正在辦老媽來美的簽證，今天才意識到我的H1在十月初就到期了！雖然我已經申請了延期，但是還沒有批下來。請問這是否會影響簽證？如果是我該怎麽辦？
+doesn't matter. My parents got their visas even with my expired h1b.:) But I still gave them the H1b renewal receipt just in case.

另外，讓老媽過來其實是幫忙帶一下剛出生的小孩。如果簽證官問到這個問題的話是應該如實回答呢，還是說我沒有孩子？或是有什麽更好的回答？
+ I suggest don't tell VO about they are coming to take care of your kids because this may make VO to think your parents are coming here to work.
