已用過回美證，我還想維持H1B身份，我能轉換公司嗎?

我用過回美證，仍繼續為公司工作。現在another公司想雇傭我，想為我申請H1B。象我這種情況，已用過回美證，我還想維持H1B身份，我能轉換公司嗎? Can another company apply for a new H1B for me? 我是以家屬身份申請485的。Thank you very much for your help.
