有綠卡後用EAD工作有問題嗎

我申請了EAD延期後綠卡就批了，EAD前天也批了，看來USCIS並沒有把兩個案子聯在一起。 因為工作的原因，我不想告訴老板我的綠卡批了，想仍然用EAD來工作，不知這樣也沒有什麽問題？是不是綠卡批準後EAD就失效了呢。
