I tend to believe it's ok.
According to 485 procedure, if only one copy of G-28 is enclosed for multiple petitions, they will make copy of that G-28 to attach to all petitions.
So I would guess they may let it go without attorney's signature but G-28, or consider it the I-765 is not represented.
In the worst case, only I-765 will be rejected for absence of required signature, if you pay I-485 and I-765 separately.
