請教各位綠卡錯誤及I-551 stamp問題.

昨天收到綠卡，但是卡上的 Resident from 日期寫成了07/23/04 而不是正確的07/23/07。
1) 請問這種錯誤有沒有必要改？ 如果改的話，用I-90 表因為有可能5個月才得到
改正的卡。我而在這中間有可能換工作。2) 我想填I-90 表之前先去local USCIS
office 蓋I-551 章，請問這樣是不是就可以合法工作了，3) 如果我換雇主的話，是不是給他們看這個章就可以了? 4) 另外我是否應該給我當前的雇主出示這個章？還是等新卡下來再告訴他們？目前我是用EAD 卡工作。
