about 140 which was approved long time ago got LUD recently

since a lot of XDJMs got LUD on their 140 which was approved long time ago, i did some homework to find it out if it relates to the 485 approval. after check tons of cases, at least 10:-), found out after 140 LUD (approved long time ago, i mean 1 year ago), 485 approved in the next 5-10 months, so probably not much relation, or system auto upgrade?, but at least it will be approved after this LUD, just the time. good luck to everyone.
