I use Fedex Expree overnigt and the package will be in Texas Service Center by 10:30, July31.

Is it sure that Texas Service Center will pick up my package in the same day?
I am worried about that, because they collect all the packages in the morning, but my package is arrived by 10:30 AM.
- Since you used FedEx, I assume the address youshipped to is a street address rather than PO Box. In such case, there is no such issue being involved like the USCIS will only picks up mail once a day, which is only in reference of mails addressed to PO Box.
Your package will be delivered, on the day it was scheduled.
