請教小白兔

I used lived in NM and my case was transfered to Lee's Summit MO64064, by El Paso section at the end of last year.however after my family relocated in Arizona,and requested relocated in Tucson. all of the case infomation is still there, including the employement card. Which location among the four location should be considered as mine?

BTW, my first and last name on the new employement was switched even though the local office changed it when I had my biometrics done, I was told that my information would be sent to CA. As well I called USCIS and sent a letter to correct that mistake to Chicago based on the original address that I sent my application to renew my card. Finally my card was sent out from Lee's Summit, MO, with the mistake still.
Is that legal if I use the card with name switched to work
