Greencard and Priority Date

好像在哪兒看到過Greencard 要到priority date排期到了才能批 , although all current for July VB, Is this true? How do you think about that?

It appears that the VB will go back tremendously in the future, especially for EB3. If Greencard 要到priority date排期到了才能批 , the July VB bulletin for EB is really helpless and useless to people.

Probably the only benefit is AP and EAD, but for me probably keep H1 is better, still 3 years available.
