citations for NIW petition.

Dear friends, I am about to file for NIW.
I have two journal papers and 10+ conference papers.
I learned that citation is important to show the impact of my
research. Unfortunately, I can not find a single citiation by using standard citation search engine like ISI.
So I do the job myself via google.
I do find more than 10 papers (some are
in top journals) citing my papers. My question is : will INS acknowledge this?
