Can I use I-140 efile notice to file I-485?

My lawyer efiled my I-140 and forwarded me the efile notice, due to the
timing, I want to file I-485 by myself, my question is : Can I use
efile notice instead of actual I797 receipt notice to file my I-485?
If can, what I need to pay attention?

I know the efile number is the same to the 797 number
