Xiaobaitu, Pjiang, Radiology, Toosad 等大俠, 改地址問題

最近和愛人才遞了485, 765 和131表, 但現在要搬家. 都說要在網上通過AR11表改地址, 不知道是不是要為每一種申請表都要填一遍AR11表? 我和我愛人共要填6遍AR11表嗎?
這是老問題了, 但看了以前的貼子, 還是沒能弄明白. 請不吝指教, 萬分感謝!
