H-4 visa stamp from a Canadian consulate. The only risk is background check which may hang you for couple months. But that is usually for F-1/J-1/H-1, not for dependent status.

Get your citizenship as soon as you can. As citizen you won't need visa, no background check, no VISIT system check, no finger print and photo taken to come in U.S.
