難啊

我的情況是這樣的，perm, 140 是A 公司sponsor 的， 140 已批， 485剛遞上去。H1 是B 公司sponsor 的，A 和B 公司是一個Owner. 我如果現在transfer H1 去C 公司，
1。140 會 invalid 嗎？485，AP, EAD 還有效嗎？
2。我的律師說A公司可以revoke or withdraw 140 anytime even after 180 days after 485 filed. 是這樣嗎？
