Can I apply O1 when I-485 is pending?

Hi, Da Xia

I am holding H1b right now for a university and I just submitted I-485 while I-140 is still pending. The company is willing to sponsor me an O1 visa. My question is: I know when I-140 is still pending I can submit O1 application, but how about I-485 is pending, can I still submit the O1 application? Thank you very much.
