My 485 mailed on June 29 & delivered to NSC July 2

I tracked the delivery. It was said that "your item was delivered at 11:11 am on July 2, 2007 in Lincoln, NE 69501 to INS EXPRESS. The item was signed by XXX". You can contact USPS about it. Usually, somebody should sign it when the express mail is delivered to USCIS severce center.
