seems you still have lots of work to do. because NIW is USCIS's solely discretion(means no detail guideline), so you should try to put all materials, even some may not be necessary.

Yes, even no official reqirement for employment for NIW, but it is hard to image they will approve your case WITHOUT employment. That's why many NIWers got REF for employment letter.

I have detail package (including more than 10 reference letters and a few petition templates), also offer consultation. I also ask for a very small amount money.
