老公先遞交了485，我該怎麽準備所有的材料呢？

老公先遞交了485表，我準備今天提交（材料剛齊）,我是H4。

請問：我需要把老公的485表放入我的材料裏一起遞交嗎？還是不用呢？好困惑。。
