Called TSC, will my wife's 485 approved first?

I was told over the phone that my wife's name check is cleared, but mine is still pending. Will her 485 be approved first even though she is a dependant? How long will it normally take to get 485 approved after name check is cleared?

XBT, Pjiang, Radiology or any other experts, please help with my questions.
