Most mails will be transferred to your new address, except those with "Return Service Requsted" on the envelope. Many of the USCIS mails, such as receipt, approval notice, etc have this phrase on. However, Post Office also notifies USCIS that your address changed though it returns the mails. Some mails, such as Green Card, not sent from USCIS directly, could be transferred.
