Thanks a lot for your reply. I am asking for my sister. She is still in China now. She is unlucky with everything there. So, I hope she can come to USA. You mean, if she married a citizen, she could apply I-130 both for herself and her daughter instead of wait until she got her formal GC? Actually, I wish I could find someone single holding J-1/H-1 here. I think that will be eaier. She is a beautiful and very kind girl. She deserves a good man and nice feauter.
