"And regarding the filing fee for the I-140 petition, we can pay the current fee if the application is received by the USCIS prior to 07/30/07, not postmarked, therefore we would need to file by tomorrow 7/26 so it gets there by 7/27 because 7/30 is Monday."

Jerry Zhang has the same opinion as yours.

I am so confused. But anyway they will file my appication on Thursday. Hopefully, USCIS will recieve it on Friday.
