Question about H1B renew? Thanks.

請教各位專家，是不是遞交485以後，H1B隻能一年一年的延期，不能延三年的了？
另外，沒有換單位，但換了部門，job title也變了，沒有通知移民局，H1B延期的時候有沒有影響？要不要交amendment?
