485 receipt and FP notice寄丟了，律師不幫忙，怎莫辦?

infopass的IO說，06/22 recipt寄出，06/26 FP寄出，可律師和我至今都沒有收到。IO建議我的律師send request to NSC,可是律師不幹，因為在處理July cases.我能自己查詢馬？有什莫途徑呢？
