我的綠卡申請過程：

1) 10/28/2002 遞LC申請(EB2 RIR)
2) 12/26/2006 LC批準，之前有一個REF問我是否還在這間公司工作，律師回複說是。

3) 2/27/2007 同時遞I140和I485到NSC，我和老婆的一起，其中I140是“加快”。

4) 3/5/2007 (大約) I140批準
5) 3/31/2007 打指紋
6) 4/30/2007 (大約) EAD 寄到
7) 5/30/2007 (大約) AP 寄到
8) 7/24/2007 收到以下的從USCIS來的EMAIL，關於我和老婆的I485

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO
ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On July 24, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

我的申請全部是律師弄的，感覺律師有點慢，但是文件可能準備得全。LC花了很長時間，令人麻木。但是好像485的處理時間(NSC)並不慢。我覺得耐心是這個過程中唯一需要的東西。
