In terms of oath ceremony notice, case varies. I have friends take oath at the same day of interview. Usually take 30-45 days after interview. If you don't get it on time, infopass through local office is very helpful. At this point, service is quite good. :) After oath, you will be given the naturalization certificate, which means you become US citizen that day.
