If parents in US, can submit both I-130 and I-485 currently. Takes about 6 months to get approved.

If parents in China, submit I-130 first. After approval, go to Guangzhou Consulate to get immigrant visa. After entering US, file I-485. (During I-130 processing time, parents might not be able to get non- immigrant visa to enter US).
