File both NIW & EB1-b(140), Follow which should I File 485?

About to file 140 under both EB1-b and NIW, but I am not sure follow which one should I file I-485. NIW is strong, EB1-b research position, ok but not so strong. Assume I file I-1485 follow EB1-b, if its I140 denied, can I transfer I-485 to NIW? Thank you!!!!!!
