A Solution - 回複：My 485 documents was returned to me today?!!!

Please make a copy of the notice, back and front, save for your records. Then re-mail the entire returned package (your original submission plus the above mentioned notice) with "a brightly colored sheet of paper on top" stating following

"My I-485 petition filed on 7/5/2007 was returned due to "An immigrant visa number is not readily available".

According to Dept of State's July bulletin (released on 6/12/2007 and reinstated on 7/17/2007), Visa Numbers were available when the petition was filed and are still available. Please find the petition is being refiled and your appropriate process is appreciated."
