無犯罪記錄證明 for I485 application

I am preparing my I 485 application, I have a question about the criminal history
1. if i do not have any criminal history, do I need to submit anything document to prove that?
2. I do have a notarized copy of no criminal records with English translation from Beijing back to 1999(right before I came to US for grad school), is it necessary for me to submit that document?
