hopeless to wait for ap from nsc, so i'll apply h1b stamping

then i found out h1b extension is not approved yet. i should have applied for the extension after i come back.
however, if i do that, my drive license will expire. so i filed a PP immediately only for this travel.

also my passport will expire within 9 months. kind of dangerous if i want to stay in china a little big longer. i would not be allowed to board if my passport is good for less than 6 months.
