you call 800-375-5283, 1-2-2-6-1,then enter your

receipt number, then 1, then 3-4, if you hear someone is saying you are calling Texas service center, means it works and wait for 30min,there will be a IO available for you, if you hear someone say no representitive available, try again,probably you need to call 3-4 time then you get there, good luck.
