You really don't have much time to prepare it. For the 485 part, it takes time to have the medical exam done. If your 485 is ready, you may have a chance.
For the I140 part, it needs your employer to post a job ad within your company or hospital. The posting date must be at least one month before the date which you file your I140. So, if you can get that posting date and hurry up, you might have them filed before 8/1.
