雇主是petitioner, 我還能efiling140嗎？

比如eb1-b？ 是該由雇主efiling還是由我自己efiling? 簽名那裏怎麽寫？另外如果
efiling了140， 在提交其它材料是還用不用在交一份打印出的140一塊寄出去？ 謝謝
