Wrong picture on my EAD. I called CIS and was told that I couldn't use it but sent it back with a new application form and pictures. If it was their fault--new card for free; mine--pay application fee again. You'd better check your original form to find out whose fault it is. Got the new EAD in 1 month, labeled the same effective date as the wrong one. So didn't bother my boss to change the date on my paycheck.
