Could you tell me what's the difference of PD carryover and PD transfer?
I mean if I have two approved 140 (one is EB1 and another one is EB2). What should I do if I just want carry over the PD of EB1 to that of EB2, but want keep my 485 with my EB1. Appreciate your help!
