Pjiang Teacher and other expert, Can I put "Original submission

I submitted the first 1485 based on pending NIW 140 on JUly 2, but no receipt yet. Now I got Eb1a 140 approved, want to submit I-485 based on Eb1a, on the cover letter, can I write "original submission of I485" or not?
